Processing/Credit Card Policy |

To process
your payment by credit card we ask for your name, billing address, phone
number, e-mail address and credit card information. We use this information
solely to process your deposit and, if any questions should arise, to
contact you about your reservation. We do not share this information with
anyone. However, submission of information over the Internet medium is
not considered a secure transmission, and Diamond B Trout Resort and its
owners cannot be held liable for illegal or unethical actions resulting
from unauthorized usage of your personal information, or the consequences
thereof.

| Cancellations
|

A 30 day
advance notice is required for a refund. Deposits may be refunded at the
discretion of the owners.
|
| Pricing
|
|
Pricing is
subject to change at the discretion of the owners. Furnishings or amenities,
such as towels, kitchen ware, etc., found missing may be billed to renters
of cabins.

| Liability
|
|
Injury or
death occurring on Diamond B Trout Resort property is not the responsibility
of the property or its owners. Damage to or theft of personal property
on resort grounds is not the responsibility of the property or its owners.
All guests staying on the property do so with the full acknowledgment
that the resort or its owners cannot be held liable for ANY damages resulting
from negligence, carelessness, intoxication, or sickness, or inability
to swim.
